Working one-on-one with Nicole, you’ll develop a personalized toolkit of nervous system regulation techniques, body-based practices, and emotional regulation strategies — tools you can use in the middle of a high-stakes meeting, at 2am when your brain won’t stop, or in any moment when you need to come back to yourself.
